Welcome to Able Film Studios, a video production company that specializes in event coverage, live streaming, and corporate films and videos. These terms of service (the “Agreement”) govern your use of our services, which include but are not limited to, the use of our website, video production, event coverage, and live streaming services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Services
Our Services are designed to provide video production, event coverage, and live-streaming services for various events and corporate videos. We will provide you with the necessary equipment and staff to ensure that your event is properly covered and streamed live to your audience. For corporate videos, we will work with you to create high-quality videos that meet your specific requirements.
2. Payment
You agree to pay us the amount specified in the contract or as otherwise agreed upon. Payment must be made in full prior to the event or video production. Any additional costs incurred during the event or video production will be billed to you after the event.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel our Services at any time by providing us with written notice. If you cancel less than 96 hours before the event or video production, you will be responsible for the full amount due.
4. Ownership
We retain all ownership rights to the videos and other content we produce for you. You agree not to reproduce or distribute our videos or content without our express written permission.
5. Warranty
We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other loss arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
